Established in 2001 under the Venkatesha Education Society, M.V.J. Medical College & Research Hospital is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission. Located in Hoskote on the outskirts of Bengaluru, the sprawling campus (approximately 27–26.5 acres) hosts both college and a well-equipped multi-specialty hospital, offering robust medical training.

Courses Offered:
- Undergraduate: MBBS (4.5 years academic + 1-year internship); approximately 200 seats.
- Postgraduate: MD/MS programs (various clinical and non-clinical specialties) with fee ranges varying per program.
Admission Process:
- MBBS: Must clear NEET-UG; 10+2 with ≥50% in PCB (≥40–45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD); age minimum 17 years by December 31.
- MD/MS: MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized institution, NEET-PG qualified, completed 1-year internship by March 31, with NMC registration.
- MBBS seats allocated via KEA (Karnataka state counseling) and MCC (15% All India Quota). Management and NRI quotas are also available.
