Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute (CHRI), established in 2006 under the Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE), is a premier medical institution providing undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical education. - Undergraduate: MBBS with 250 seats (4.5 years plus 1-year rotating internship).

- Super-specialty: DM and M.Ch programs in Neonatology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Urology, Cardiovascular, Gastroenterology, and other specialties.
- Allied Health & Others: B.Sc., M.Sc., diplomas, fellowships, and postgraduate diplomas in medical and allied health sciences.
Admission Process:
- Undergraduate (MBBS): Admission through NEET-UG followed by centralized counseling.
- Postgraduate (MD/MS): Admission through NEET-PG counseling.
- Super-specialty (DM/M.Ch): Admission through NEET-SS counseling.
